Nina: Hang on, I need to warm up first or I'll pull something.
Ade: Fair enough. We'll start slow and build up as we go.
Nina: Nice one. I'm not exactly match-fit yet.

Coach: Don't go charging off — have a proper warm up first.
Joe: How far should I push it today?
Coach: Just a couple of miles. We'll build up your distance week by week.
Joe: Sounds good. No point overdoing it on day one.
