If you could start one brand-new tradition for your family or friend group, what would it be?

B Natural answer

If I could start one tradition, it would be a monthly for my family or friends. Everyone would come with one simple dish, and we’d spend the first part eating and chatting. Then we’d do a where each person shares something good and something hard from the month. After that, we’d take a together so we can look back and see how the group changes over time. I like it because it’s simple, relaxed, and it gives everyone a chance to feel included. It would also help us slow down and really listen to each other.
