When you watch something in another language, do you prefer subtitles or dubbing?

A natural way to answer

It depends on what I'm watching. For something I want to relax with, dubbing is easier because I don't have to read. But for a film I really care about, I'd choose subtitles, since the original acting comes through better that way.
