Rank your top three favourite ways to unwind. What earns the number one spot?
B Natural answer
My top three ways to unwind are reading, making tea, and watching a comfort show. Reading comes in third when I’m tired but still want some quiet time. In second place, I’d put , because the whole routine helps me slow down. After that, I’ll sometimes choose if I want something easy and familiar. The first spot goes to before bed. It’s the easiest way for me to forget work and stop checking my phone. If I’m really stressed, I’ll still choose a show sometimes, but reading usually works better because it feels calmer and more intentional. I like stories that are not too heavy, so I can just settle in and relax. That’s why it wins for me, even over music or TV.
