My ranking would be humidity first, glaring sun second, strong wind third, and drizzle last. The reason is that you can't really escape it. Even indoors, the , and you end up tired for no obvious reason. Sun is bad too, but at least you can move to the shade, drink water, or put on sunglasses. Wind is mostly inconvenient because it messes with your hair and makes it harder to . Drizzle is the least irritating for me because it is more of a nuisance than a real problem.
