Do you think people relax in healthier ways than they used to, or has screen time taken over?

B Natural answer
I think people have more choices now, but the easiest option is still screen-based. If I look at my own life, reading, gardening, or meeting friends all help, but after a long day I often default to my phone. The apps are designed to keep you there, so relaxing can turn into before you know it. That said, I do think people are more aware of balance than before. More people talk about sleep, mental health, and taking breaks, so some habits are improving. A lot of us try to or leave the phone in another room when we want to unwind. So I would say our relaxation habits are than they used to be, but only if we are disciplined.
