Do you prefer exercising in the morning or in the evening, and why?

B1Sports & exerciseOpinion

B Natural answer

I prefer exercising in the morning because it helps me in a better mood. A short run also helps me before work, and it can for a few hours. If I wait until evening, I usually feel more tempted to skip it. Morning workouts feel simpler because I finish them early and do not have to think about them again. Even if I am a little sleepy at first, I feel better once I move around.
