If you could delete one season from the year forever, which would go — and what would you replace it with?

B Natural answer

If I could erase one season, I’d remove winter and replace it with a long, gentle shoulder season. Winter has a few nice moments, but most of the time it gives me , slippery sidewalks, and bills that go up because everyone is blasting the heat. What I’d want instead is that lasts from January to December. Not too hot, not too cold, just comfortable enough for a sweater and a walk. I think people would be calmer too. There’s something better about meeting friends outside, having coffee on a terrace, and not worrying about frost. I’d even keep a little wind, just to make it feel alive. But I would definitely replace the heavy, gloomy part of winter with something that feels open and easy, the kind of weather that makes you want to .
