B Natural answer
My system is simple. I keep everything in , and inside that I separate photos, work files, and receipts. I also use on my main accounts because I do not want someone getting in just by guessing my password. For the files I care about most, I make on Sunday night. It takes maybe ten minutes. I am not perfectly organized, but I know where to look, and that is usually enough. If something disappears, I can normally get it back without too much stress.
