Do you think towns and cities should make more room for plants and green spaces?

A natural way to answer

I do, yes. Green spaces give people somewhere to relax, they cool the streets down in summer, and they generally make a neighbourhood more pleasant to live in. I think it's well worth the investment.

Key phrases to use

  • come alive — to become lively, vibrant and full of energy“The square comes alive once the trees are in blossom.”
  • soften round the edges — to become gentler, warmer or less harsh in feel“A bit of greenery makes the city soften round the edges.”
