For me, it depends on my mood, but I usually prefer a . After work and city traffic, I enjoy somewhere peaceful where I can walk, breathe, and sleep well. It helps me and forget my phone for a while. I still like visiting a city, especially for museums and restaurants, but a nature trip feels healthier to me. When I’m near trees or mountains, I can and come back with more energy. So if I had to choose one, I’d choose nature most of the time.
