B Natural answer

Yes, I do think many people rely on technology too much in daily life. Phones, apps, and smart devices are great because they , especially when you are working or traveling. But the downside is that people start to and stop practicing basic skills. For example, some people can't remember an address without GPS, or they can't do simple planning without a calendar app. That worries me a little. At the same time, technology is now part of normal life, so the goal is not to reject it completely. The better approach is to use it carefully and still when it makes sense. In other words, technology should support our lives, not replace our own thinking.
