Lou: Don't tap the link. That's how they get into your bank.
Fay: I won't. It looked a bit off, to be honest.
Lou: Delete it. Real companies don't ask like that.

Sara: Mum, has anyone managed to get into your account?
Mum: I don't think so. There was a technical problem with the email, though.
Sara: Let me check your phone isn't doing anything strange.
