user name — login IDA: I forgot my user name for the school website.
B: Try using your email address. That usually works.
Signing up for the first time
Mia: I want to start using this app — do I just download it?
Tom: You'll need to create an account first, then you're good to go.
Mia: Right, it's asking me to pick a user name and a password.
Tom: Choose something you'll remember, and don't reuse an old password.
Trouble getting in
Mia: It won't let me log in — it keeps saying my password's wrong.
Tom: Are you sure you're using the right account? Try resetting it.
Mia: There we go, I'm in. Turns out I'd been typing the old one — works fine now.
Tom: Happens to everyone. At least you're sorted now.
