When an app won't behave — it freezes, it crashes, and someone tells you to just update the thing.

Trying to pay in the app
Tom: The app keeps crashing every time I try to pay. So annoying.
Nina: Mine did that. Have you tried updating it? There was a new version yesterday.
Tom: Oh, I'll do that now. It just froze again, look.
Nina: Yeah, definitely update it — that fixed mine straight away.
