Pattern: Hear me out. / Just hear me out (before you say no).
In use

Common mistake
✗ Hear out me, it's a good idea.
✓ Hear me out — it's a good idea.
The object goes in the middle: 'hear me out', not 'hear out me'.
Don't confuse it
It buys you time to argue; 'I'd say' just states a view straight away.
